Do not change anything under User Details since it can break your account. If something is incorrect in your account, please let us know and we will help you get it fixed.

Disable User Greeting, Call Screening, and Connecting Message by unchecking the box.
Enable Audio While Connecting
Click the edit button under the enable button. Change drop down to Ring Tones (this makes it so when someone calls they hear the normal ring back tone instead of music)

By default, voicemail will play a generic you have reached the voicemail box for <name>. If you would like to change the voicemail.
Click edit under voicemail greeting.
Change drop down to custom
Under phone you can enter a number for ring central to call you to record a message.
Under Computer microphone you can record a message using the computer you are currently on.

Edit every item in the list to show your extension for Full time staff.
Students should set every entry to the call Queue they are a part of.
Students should also un-check the box “Display my extension number for internal calls”

This is where you set what emails you want to receive. By default, you will get an email for every voicemail and text you received. This is also where you can change what email that notification will go to.
To send emails to two different emails separate them by comma’s
